This Saturday we are bottling up our 2017 Sauvignon Blanc from El Dorado County. This beautiful white wine has a bit of Sémillon blended in which helps give it a classic white Bordeaux profile. Hints of citrus, cut grass, hight acid makes this wine easy to pair with just about any summer spring and summer spread.

Chef Brandon Cavazos and his team will be preparing some amazing food for the occasion.

  • Salt & vinegar fries
  • Cheese plate w/ toast points
  • Marinated olives
  • Spiced almonds 
  • Farro salad w/ asparagus
  • Snap peas & pickled carrots
  • Fried green tomatoes & croquette al pastor 
  • Spring Italian sausage sandwich
  • Pulled pork sandwich
  • Fried chicken

As always, no outside food permitted.
